Aeromotive Releases Stealth Fuel Cell

Finally a complete, “in-tank” fuel system that is truly universal. The Aeromotive Stealth Fuel Cell is an all aluminum fuel cell with an Aeromotive Fuel Pump and Filter, built right into the cell itself. Just like any fuel cell, these can be mounted anywhere, in any car. Simply strap the fuel cell in, hook up your fuel line to the pump outlet and your two wires and you’re done. No more searching for a place to mount your fuel pump and pre-pump filter.

The Aeromotive Stealth Fuel Cell gives you an advantage over any traditional fuel system setup. Through an innovative baffling system inside the cell, the fuel pump inlet always has a constant column of fuel. In addition, the baffling keeps fuel at that same point even during extreme driving conditions, making it perfect off-road vehicles, drag racing, even autocross and drifting. This feature alone ensures the longevity and drivability of your fuel pump. Plus, the pump is inside the cell, so noise is drastically reduced and the fuel pump runs cooler longer.

The Stealth Fuel Cell is designed to be ideal for both EFI and Carbureted applications for street driving or racing, even if it’s forced air induction or naturally aspirated. The proper regulator is required depending on your application. The Stealth Series comes in either 15 or 20 gallon sizes, with either an Aeromotive A1000, or Eliminator fuel pump and filter.

DEI’s New Titanium Exhaust Wrap

Constructed from pulverized lava rock, extruded into fibers and then woven into a tight weave gives this material titanium-like strength and toughness. This improvement in thermal protection helps reduce underhood temperatures resulting in cooler air intake for improved performance. And less heat in the engine bay means reducing the chances of “heat soak” conditions on vital underhood components.

Titanium Wrap is extremely durable and capable of handling more heat than any other wrap found in the market today. Typical glass fiber wrap is rated at handling 1200 degrees F of maximum direct heat, while Design Engineering’s new Titanium Wrap, using LR Technology, is capable of handling direct continuous heat up to 1800 degrees F and radiant heat up to 2800 degrees F. And because it’s pliable, there’s no need to wet the wrap when wrapping headers or pipes as many do in order to make the wrapping process easier to manage and to get a “tight” wrap.


Available through Titan Motorsports in 1” and 2” widths and 15 and 50 foot lengths, Titanium Wrap will not shrink and because of it’s material structure, it is more resistant to temperature and vibration break-down, abrasions, chemical and hot oil spills vs. glass fiber wrap. Plus DEI’s Titanium Wrap offers an added feature – a very cool carbon fiber look!

Titan Motorsports is now a proud distributer of Haltech Engine management Systems. Haltech makes a variety of products that are used on cars, motor cycles, off-road vehicles, boats, jet skis, outboards, snowmobiles, karts, motor homes, and even aircraft. Haltech’s newest system, the Platinum Sport series, will be replacing the E8 and E11’s. The Platinum Sport 1000 ECU is an ECU capable of controlling sequential fuel and ignition on 4 cylinder and 2 rotor applications (semi-sequential on 6 and 8 cylinders).With 8 Channels capable of controlling injection and ignition duties, the Platinum Sport 1000 supports modern engines with multi-coil ignition systems, as well as conventional distributor systems. The Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 ECU is an ECU capable of controlling sequential fuel and ignition on 4, 5, 6 and 8 cylinder applications, as well as Rotary Engines with 2 & 3 rotors. With 14 Channels capable of controlling injection and ignition duties, the Platinum Sport 2000 supports modern engines with multi-coil ignition systems, as well as conventional distributor systems. It looks like that other Australian engine management system has some serious competition.

Australian Jamboree 19

This past weekend, Titan Motorsports participated in the Fast Fours & Rotories Jamboree, at Willowbank Raceway, in Queensland Australia. We spent most of the weekend with our Australian allies, Gas Motorsports. Gas currently holds the record for fastest sport compact in Australia. Fidanza Announces New 2010 Camaro Twin Disc

For far too long the use of a twin disc clutch meant that you had to sacrafice driveability. They were on and off switches that you dare not use on the street. But when you have a car making too much horsepower for a conventional clutch set-up, what were you to do? Now there is an answer!

The new Fidanza twin disc clutch kits are designed to hold up to 900 ft/lb of torque. This is achieved by using state of the art materials and incredible designs. All this holding power does not mean that driveability is lost. Pedal feel is virtually unchanged and engagement is as smooth as our 3.2 kevlar single disc unit.

THE FLOATER PLATE ON ALL OUR UNITS IS STRAPPED TO ELIMINATE THE ANNOYING RATTLE THAT TWIN DISC UNITS ARE KNOWN FOR.

At only 8 3/4″ in diameter, we have also kept down the rotating mass to further improve performance.

Titan Teamed Up With Kicker

Great news! Titan has teamed up with audio guru Kicker, and is an authorized dealer/installer for their entire car audio line of stereo equipment. We have been building high performance cars for years and realize that no car is complete without a great sounding stereo system. Titan Present at NASA Space Launch

This past Friday night, NASA’s 3rd attempt to launch mission STS-128 was a success. We were lucky enough to gain access to this event and actually had closer seats than even the press. The Discovery Space Shuttle is scheduled to dock with the International Space Station during its 13 day voyage. Here are a few pictures and a video of the launch. Enjoy.

Fast Fours & Roteries Jamboree Testing

This weekend team Titan is participating in the 19th annual Fast Fours & Roteries Jamboree at Willowbank Raceway, in Queensland Australia. The team departed Tuesday on the 20+ hour flight “Down Under”, and arrived Thursday (14 hours ahead). The racing doesn’t start until the 29th but we have begun testing and have a few spy shots form the track.
