Titan begins with an brand new OEM Toyota Oil pump and performs a complete disassembly and inspection prior to upgrade. The factory tolerances are verified and any imperfections are deburred for precise fitment. The pressure and feed sides both receive exstensive porting to improve increased flow and to prevent cavitation.   When completed with the modification the pump is pressure cleaned before being reassembled to factory specifications and painted black for improved aesthetics.
