Check out the new Titan Twin Turbo kit installed by Jotech Motorsports out of Dallas, TX.

Jotech is the new dealer for Titan Gallardo Twin Turbo packages (available from mild to wild) and will also be a service center for the Titan Gallardo Twin Turbo packages.

Barry Larkin’s Supercharged Jaguar XJ L

April 27th, 2011 Comments off

When you’re an 12 time MLB All star and wear a World Series ring, driving a stock vehicle just isn’t going to cut it. Even when that stock vehicle is Jaguars latest flagship sedan the Supercharged XJL. No stranger to custom vehicles, Barry Larkin dropped this beautiful black XJL at Titan Motorsports for a host of upgrades to ensure it stood out from the crowd.

Barry chose a set of Lexani 22″ LSS-10 in a staggered fitment wrapped in Pirelli rubber for this Jag. With limited fitments available for this brand new make, the original color options weren’t unique enough, so the wheels were sent out for a custom silver and black paint job. To compliment the new wheels, the factory emblems and taillights were also blacked out giving the car a stealthy look. Limo tint was applied to keep the Florida sun from drying out the beautiful extended leather interior and maintain privacy. The end result is a sleek cruiser guaranteed to provide comfort and plenty of looks during I4 rush hour.

Volvo V8-TT

April 27th, 2011 Comments off

A while back I snapped a few shots of this Volvo that had come in for some dyno tuning. It looks fairly unassuming from the outside…

But under the hood this Volvo was flexing some twin turbo V8 power.

The Wagon also sports a beefy set of Mickey Thompson tires…

..and a drag suspension setup to help this grocery getter down the 1320.

There shouldn’t be any problem getting the ice cream home before it melts with this bad boy.

Twins – Twin Supercharged Novitec Ferrari F430

March 31st, 2011 Comments off

Most people turn their head when they see a single Ferrari F430 on the road, this week at our shop many thought they were seeing doubles. We had the pleasure of having these 2 Ferrari F430 Spiders in the shop the past few weeks. The cars owner originally purchased a 6speed car and equipped it with Novitec Rosso’s brilliant supercharger kit. After having a change of heart he decided he wanted a car with Ferrari’s F1 trans, so rather than trying to deal with the headache of a transmission swap, he decided a car swap would be much better suited, and bought a newer model 430 with the trans he wanted. Once the car arrived it was torn into and received Novitec’s supercharger kit, giving this stallion a bit more gallop. Our heart still remains with the Supra, but I must admit adding forced induction to exotics and creating super cars is also getting a bit addicting. We’re a Novitec dealer and the Southeast install center for all your Ferrari Maserati needs.

Honda CR-Z HKS Intake

February 11th, 2011 Comments off

The stock engine bay looks pretty plain, and definitely isn’t geared towards a ton of performance. However tuning powerhouse HKS has come up with a solution for that.

Here you can see the CR-Z in stock form, with its restrictive intake track with stock filter.

Here we have installed the HKS Racing Suction Reloaded intake which utilizes HKS’ high-flowing wet 2-layer dual density polyurethane filter element. The intake kits offer the same simple and easy filter element replacement process as previous generations; avoiding the need to wash or re-oil the intake filter.

The new Super Honeycomb frame allows for 30% more intake surface area for improved throttle response. Additionally the filter assembly features a new streamline inner frame that reduces weight and allows for air to flow more smoothly into the engine.

Black & Green, Look’n Mean!

February 10th, 2011 Comments off

After starting life out as a red 6 speed car, this Supra has since been brought to Titan Motorsports for a bit of a makeover. The car now sports a new sleek black paint job, coupled with Sparco Torino seats (with Takata harnesses), upholstered in custom suede with green stitching. To complement the seats, the door panels, shift boot, arm rest and headliner have all been updated to match. The trunk has also received some attention by way of 2 Kicker 10” speakers, custom amp rack, Hertz mids and highs, and a Sony head unit. To round out the mods, this Supra also rocks a set of CCW C14 wheels, Paisley front lip, and Rod Millen carbon wing. Currently the engine has remained relatively unchanged, with upgrades coming in the near future.
