At Titan Motorsports we have spent years developing the popular 2JZ engine and experienced plenty of parts failures both big and small. In our quest to creating reliable horsepower with the 2JZ platform we are constantly developing parts to solve these problems as they occur. One such common issue is the timing pickup will often twist from the main timing belt gear causing a trigger error and preventing the engine from properly syncing. We modify the OEM Toyota Timing Pulley to Titan Motorsports specifications to solve this problem and fortify this connection. Starting with a brand new factory Toyota timing gear, we carefully stitch weld the timing pickup sensor to the main gear locking them in place permanently and preventing slippage.
This gear is sold as a complete unit that is based off a brand new core part from Toyota, as a result there is no core charge required.

Titan Motorsports in conjunction with CP Pistons has developed the Titan Ultimate Piston for the Nissan R35 GTR. Using knowledge gained for over a decade of building the worlds quickest and fastest turbocharged imports, a piston combination was spec’d to ensure maximum performance and reliability for GTR owners looking to go to the next level with their engine builds. Starting with a stock 95.5mm bore 9.0:1 compression ratio piston the crown and coats both receive ceramic coating to reduce heat and friction. Special attention is also taken for the wrist pins which are thick wall and feature precision honing for more precise pin clearance. The pins are lubricated using double pin oilers which delivers twice the volume of oil to the pin, a must for high rpm engines. The pistons feature a machined accumulator groove between the top and second ring to reduce pressure. Titan Ultimate Pistons come standard with rings, wrist pins, pin fitted, and locks. Custom bores and compression ratios are available on a special order basis.

Air Intake Temperature Sensor (AIT) provides intake air temperature information to the ECU and is a critical component of the engine management system as air temperature directly effects air density (as air gets hotter it gets less dense). The (AIT) is made to OEM specifications and couples with a weatherproof wiring connector.

Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Our signature “Turbo Tuff” design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Like our “Turbo Tuff” series, our 300M rods utilize all of the same machining processes and our held to the same high standards but are made from 300M alloy. Cap fasteners are 7/16″ APR 2000 cap screws. Horsepower range for the 4340 rods is 1,250+ and 1,400+ for the 300M.

HRE Performance Wheels has added two new designs to its P40SC Monoblok Series, featuring ultra-lightweight, precision-machined spoke geometry available with a sophisticated conical face. The new Monoblok P40SC line uses the same forged alloy single block construction as the P40S, but new forging and machining processes developed by the California based luxury wheel brand allow HRE to create stronger, lighter, more aggressively styled Monoblok wheels thanks to technology born on the wind-swept hairpins of Pike’s Peak and the chicanes of America’s fastest road courses.
The new P40SC line is available as the P40SC mesh, P43SC multi-spoke, P44SC V-Five, P45SC five-spoke and P47SC split-five spoke in 19 and 20-inch sizes diameters with widths ranging from 8 to 13-inches and a wide variety of custom offsets. Injen has released their latest intake setup for the R35 GTR. The system comes with intakes, upper intercooler piping and couplers. No recalibration of the ecu is required, just bolt on and go for expected gains of up to 30hp / 25tq. The intakes feature Injens high flowing web Nano dry filters, which require no oiling. The intake is available in your choice of chrome or black chrome with red couples.

Injen Nissan R35 GTR Dual Short Ram Intake System
Building on the phenomenal success of the Albins 1100 HP 1st gear upgrade for R35 GTR, the long awaited release of a matching 2nd to 6th gear set was recently rolled out. The Albins high-shockload gear “ground” tooth profile rather than the conventionally hobbed tooth delivers tooth profile perfection with zero noise. This is the all new Carbon Fiber Driveshaft from DSS, this shaft is designed to be installed with out the Drive Guibo joints as a direct fit to the 3 finger flanges on the car. This shaft is only 4.2lbs and with out the Guibos it will let the trans shift faster than you though the car could. there is a few small modifications to make it work. The 3 finger mounts on each end will have to have the threads drilled out (need a 15/32 drill) The shaft will have studs in the end for the Diff that nuts will secure it to the mount and on the Engine end it will have Allen head bolts. Not a bad job to do at all and saves allot of weight. The tube we using was a special wound High Modulus one that will handle 1000Hp and 1000lbs of torque. shafts are made to order and take 7-12 days.
